Refunds are not applicable if the service has been successfully delivered, or if new malware infections appear after our cleanup due to insecure plugins, poor hosting, or user actions beyond our control.

Refund Time Frame

Clients are eligible to request a refund within 7 days of service completion or purchase date, depending on the situation. Requests made after this period may not qualify for evaluation.
